Good luck with your efforts.  I worked full-time while my twin daughters were growing up, and realised that to do so one has to extremely highly motivated, as well as strong as an ox, and of course one has to have complete support (at least moral!) from one's husband/partner.  The alternative - to work part-time- results in severe difficulties in recovering lost ground.  However, I think that it is easier these days as good quality day nurseries exist; also, discrimination against women, especially married women, is less great now that it was in my time.
