As part of Intellect's Women Forum programme for 2006, they will be looking at the issues around equal pay and the implications for the Industry regarding 'equal pay audits' or the lack of them. To begin this work there is a survey looking at 'Employee Perceptions of Equal Pay' . The survey looks at the 'perceptions' rather than the 'reality' of whether they are being paid fairly, whether the company appreciates them and how this impacts on their loyalty to the company they work for.

Although the results will not give us quantitative information, it will assist understanding regarding the perception of female employees, and as the marketing mantra states, 'perception is reality.'

The survey is completely confidential and does not require you or your colleagues to fill in any personal details. They will look to close the survey at the beginning of May .

Please pass this on to your female colleagues and contacts to help collate as many opinions as possble.
