Available within the Marie-Curie Research Training Network - TRANSNET

TRANS-NET brings together 12 leading European Research groups to study “Identification of genomic and biological markers as predictive/diagnostic/therapeutic tools for use in allogeneic stem cell transplantation: Translational research towards individualised patient medicine”.  The training network is primarily targeting researchers at the beginning of their scientific career with 0-4 years of research experience (which may include an MSc degree or equivalent) and experienced researchers with 4-10 years of experience (post-doc).  The recruited fellows will benefit from practical and theoretical training offered by the Partners.  Additionally, all Partners of the network are offering local training programmes/workshops.

 

TRANS-NET is funded by the European Union within it’s Sixth Framework Programme.  The position is open to citizens of the EC or of associated countries as well as for researchers from third countries outside the EC.  Applicants may not have resided or carried out their main activity for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the start date in the country of the host institution.

Methods: FACS, peptide- specific ELISA, protein cleavage, real-time PCR

 

Must have experience in FACS, real-time PCR and ELISA skills.
