This will be a small informal meeting for anyone with questions about Microarray technology.
Our panel of experts who will answer your questions include:
Dr Jennifer Ruth Owen
European Applications Specialist for the genomics range of products at Genomic Solutions Ltd.
Dr Owen has great experience in quality controlled RNA extraction from
a variety of different organisms, direct and indirect labelling methods
and hybridisation optimisation, developing and optimising from
first principles. She has printed over 1000 microarrays and processed
from raw samples nearly 200 microarrays, whilst helping to set up a
microarray facilty. She currently supports and assists users of 6
different microarray printing platforms, an automated hybridisation
station and a semi confocal laser scanner.

On registration you will get the opportunity to submit up to three
questions to be given to the panel of experts on the day of the
Symposium. The questions will be delivered by the meetings chair
- and there will be plenty of time for interaction with other
delegates and with the panel.
