3 Shows Daily – 12pm & 3pm shows include zoo admission, 6pm show for the panto only!

For visitors to Zoo this Christmas, there is an extra special treat in store - it’s Panto time! For the first time ever, London Zoo is proud to present a full-scale, top-notch traditional Pantomime. Now there’s even more family fun to be had on your day out at the Zoo.

The classic tale of Dick’s journey from rags to riches is a magical blend of love and adventure, packed with comedy and festive fun for all ages. Add to this the huge range of amazing animals at the zoo and you have the ideal Christmas holiday trip.

Set in a purpose built pantomime theatre in the heart of the Zoo, this highly entertaining adventure will take you from the delights of London town to the Moroccan shores and back again. Seek your fortune with Dick Whittington and his amazing friends: Fairy Bow Bells, Alice Fitzwarren, Dame Sarah the Cook, Alderman Fitzwarren and Tommy the Magical Cat.

This brand new production boasts dazzling costumes, a spectacular sea voyage, specially composed music and lots of family comedy and audience participation.

Welcome to Mums in Science

This site has been designed as a portal for busy mums who work or have worked in science.

Too many women leave science due to the constraints of motherhood. Some struggle, and work part time, at the expense of advancing their career. Others change their career to fit in with their children, whilst working within some area of science.

Our aims are :-

  • to create a community to provide mutual support,
  • to provide information to those who have the challenge of bringing up children and maintaining a career in science, whether full or part time, or outside mainstream science.

This site is updated regularly with new articles and occasional special offers. Everything is accessible on the site. However, if you would like to receive notices of new additions to the site you can subscribe to the site and receive e-mails as soon as a new article is posted to your selected categories or to all the site.

We welcome comments about MumsinScience, what you like, what you don't like, or how we can improve.

PLEASE LET US KNOW, just email comments@mumsinscience.net
