Following on from the success of the PhD poster session held in February 2006 at the London Hopper event, we have decided to hold another poster session at this workshop. However, we have decided to throw it open to all women from undergraduates to those with established careers. Basically, this is a chance to put your current work, or something you have an interest in developing on a poster,  which will facilitate discussion of the topic. I ask that those of you  who do wish to display a poster, to email a copy as a .pdf, .ppt or .pub; or email an outline of said poster to

women.www2006@googlemail.com by the 15th of May. Just so that we can check posters are indeed on subject, and that a reasonable balance of ideas is shown.

A prize will be given to both the student with the best poster, and  the best poster from industry. This prize has been kindly sponsored by Google and Knowledge Web.

There is financial support available for students to attend this workshop. More details of this are available by emailing women.www2006@googlemail.com
