Reporting to the Board, you will manage the company's QA team at their Berkshire based site, providing support in all aspects of quality management activities, including internal audits, site audits, managing the validation and documentation process of new computerised systems, maintaining up-to-date SOPs and advising staff on quality issues.

You must have exceptionally keen attention to detail and be an excellent communicator with detailed practical knowledge of quality systems, all relevant clinical trial regulations and computer systems validation. You will advise the Board on quality-related matters and take a full part in process improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organisation.

Educated to degree level, you will have strong experience in clinical QA within either the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, together with good line management experience.

Salary - £40-42k + benefits.
