To find out more visit www.breakingbarriers.co.uk This is the website for the South East Women’s Mentoring Network, a project designed to help women take their career to a higher level. What’s more, it doesn’t cost anything, other than commitment, time and some travel expenses (all training events take place in the South East). 

To be eligible you simply have to be a woman who works in a management role within a South East business which is not publicly funded and has less than 250 employees. You also need to have the desire to progress into a leadership role, but feel that there are issues, problems or obstacles which hold you back.
