Are you a woman in management who is struggling to climb the career ladder?
If the answer is ‘yes’, then you could access a programme of training and one-to-one support, tailored to your individual needs, with the single aim of helping you progress into senior management.
To find out more visit www.breakingbarriers.co.uk This is the website for the South East Women’s Mentoring Network, a project designed to help women take their career to a higher level. What’s more, it doesn’t cost anything, other than commitment, time and some travel expenses (all training events take place in the South East).
To be eligible you simply have to be a woman who works in a management role within a South East business which is not publicly funded and has less than 250 employees. You also need to have the desire to progress into a leadership role, but feel that there are issues, problems or obstacles which hold you back.
So, if you feel you would benefit from development and the one-to-one support of a highly trained mentor, who is also a senior business figure, why not take this opportunity to change your life and realise your full potential.

Please note places on the programme are limited.
The South East Women’s Mentoring Network is a project run by Business Link (Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire) and is co-financed by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and the European Social Fund (ESF).
