Springboard reveals to participants their unknown potential and motivates women to own their development, set goals for their future and seize the opportunities around them. These personal and professional development programmes are spread over four months and are tailored to the different approaches to learning and the different enablers and potential blockages that influence men and women in their development and their choices.
Dates: 13th November 2008, 11th December 2008, 8th January 2009 and 5th February 2009.
