Leadership Development for Women Executives
How many women directors/partners are there in your organisation? Cranfield School of Management's ninth Female FTSE Report, launched in November 2007, showed that only 14.5% of directors on FTSE 100 boards are female.
At Cranfield, their Women as Leaders Workshop is based on many rigorous research projects carried out by their International Research Centre for Women Leaders and is designed to help women spring board their careers.
Attending this course will enable you to meet some like-minded women and will help you to develop a successful career strategy. The programme will provide feedback on your individual leadership profile, identify your personal definition of career success and help you to recognise how to advance your career in a male dominated organisation. To find out more about how the programme has helped other women professionals, click here to watch their short video.
The next Women as Leaders Workshop runs from Tuesday 1st to Thursday 3rd July 2008.
Leadership Development for IT Professionals
The Cranfield IT Leadership Programme can help you to discover how to dramatically improve your organisation’s effectiveness in the use of IT as well as how to contribute to your own personal development.
The programme will provide you with the skills and confidence to be highly effective in a senior IT role. With its distinctive practice focus, it will give you the tools and techniques to improve the effectiveness of your organisation in the use of IT while also focusing on your own personal development. The content is based on leading edge research conducted by the School’s Information Systems Research Centre.
The next Cranfield IT Leadership Programme starts on Monday 22nd September 2008.
